The Stock Market and Yahoo!
Three to four years ago, Yahoo was battling it out with Google, and was a tough competitor in the internet services and search field. As Google got the upper hand in this race, Yahoo seemed silent for years, until a couple of days ago. Former Google Senior Management member, and current Yahoo CEO, Marissa Mayer made a speech at the Consumer Electronics Show, marking a come back for Yahoo. Over the last few years, Google and Bing took the stage, while Yahoo seemed dormant, however during the CES 2014, Mayer announced a handful of new products and acquisitions, one of them being "Aviate", a smartphone app that reorganises your homescreen based on your location, and what apps are necessary.
