PayPal, a business founded in 1998, in the dawn of the internet age. As a subsidiary of eBay, it was destined to be a popular company, however staggered a bit in the making, when CEO Bill Harris left the business, leaving Mr Elon Musk in charge. Musk made some very prominent decisions, like the termination of internet banking operations on PayPal, to focus on PayPal money services. After the first 3 years in business was pretty much under control. More, better, new technology was being implemented, to make quick and reliable money executions. However, as the company grew, so did its infamy. PayPal was a new type of business, in a new sector, and dominated the market share. Other entrepreneurs saw, and did not just make a new business, no. They decided to cuss the ready existing one, and use it for their advantage! Did it work? How do we measure? Well PayPal did not really care, and on it went, growing, knocking this 'competition' out of the market! Now don't get me wrong, there are many original businesses like PayPal, but there are 'excuses for competition', who are just using one or two bad instances of PayPal - slip ups that every business has at some point - and using it to build their own! The most famous, infamous example would be PayPal Sucks, which is not all bad, is it offers a reliable complaint service to people who have had problems with PayPal, however then goes on and uses this as a business plan. This website was ranked 3rd on the Forbes "Top Corporate Hate Websites".
So is PayPal really that bad, or are people just using a few bad cases, and turning them to their own business? I do not think PayPal is bad at all, and is good reliable, and should implement more automated technology, just to distribute orders among more customers!
Thanks, and stay tuned!
