This is quite an important week of the month for the American economy, as well as in the stock market! Let's take a look:
The first Friday of the month means the Fed will be releasing the updated employment situation, which shakes the markets up a lot and suddenly!
On April 5th Google will be having a stock split, into GOOG and GOOGL. Investors buying up GOOG will be buying the non voting shares, or class C stocks, where as the new GOOGL will be Class A or voting shares. There is the class B stocks, however those are controlled by Brin and Page, the founders of Google.
Facebook and Oculus seal the deal! Facebook have acquired Oculus for $2bn making shares jump once more!
