Shopping malls in Durban set to have sudden spike in business

In respect of the recent passing away of South Africa's former President, and major role model in the eyes of many, businesses will be closed tomorrow, and will not even operate during the normal half day. Sales Analysts and Shop owners are expecting a mob of customers today in a desperate attempt to buy as many items as possible, before businesses shut down for a period of time.
"The festive season is in full swing with the mall extending hours, opening early at 8am and closing at 6pm," said Cindene Smith, spokesperson of the major La Lucia Mall,"We anticipate a total spend of R140 million."

Rest in Peace Mr Nelson Mandela.
