Somewhat Predictable lawsuit filed against Facebook

A somewhat foreseen lawsuit has been filed against the Social Media giant, Facebook Inc. after allegations of them using their servers to look through private messages. This action is one of many taken against Facebook, the most recent being September of last year. The action caused them to change their privacy policy, as well as paying compensations to the users who felt like their privacy was breached.
This lawsuit has come under criticism as well, as people think that Facebook is 'loyal' in their policies.
